Job Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with program participants and partners.
• Coordinate schedules, time off, and workloads to support efficient program delivery.
• Assist in program planning, activity design, and timely completion of evaluations and reports.
• Monitor program budgets and billing to ensure compliance with financial guidelines.
• Contribute to continuous improvement through innovation and collaboration with the development team.

Skills/Requirements

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with budget tracking, scheduling, or operations is a plus.
• Passion for delivering high-quality program outcomes and participant experiences.

Additional Information

Hybrid schedule with in-office presence required a few days per week.

Full-time contract with potential for extension or conversion.
