Contractor Program Manager (Ad Tech)

We are seeking a Program Manager to join our Advertising Technology team. You will drive the successful execution of a technical program, encompassing multiple IT implementation projects.

Responsibilities:

• Overall plan for an Advertising Technology transformation program and associated workstreams.
• Executive-level communications and stakeholder management.
• Strategic and tactical program guidance for program health and efficiency.
• Partnership with the customer's PM team for optimizing resources and risk/issue resolution.
• Accountability of vendors and team for delivery and status updates.
• Vendor and team accountability; ensuring cross-team RACI enforcement.
• Supporting client PM team, for streamlined communication across teams and vendors.
• Collaboration with workstream leads for status reviews, risk identification, and decision escalations.
• Maintaining and updating the program-level RAID log.
• Providing program-level risk and issue mitigation strategies.
• Performing post-mortems on risks and gaps.
• Creating and maintaining program deliverables (e.g., weekly executive status reports, program roadmap).

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of IT and business/industry experience; 3+ years in leadership, 5+ years managing programs or large projects.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• PMP certification preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing diverse stakeholders.
• Understanding of technical concepts and ability to work with technical teams.
• Strong prioritization, shifting priorities, and multi-project management skills.
• Results-oriented and strong organizational skills.
