Job Details
We're looking for a Program Manager to lead our Value Creation Plan (VCP) PMO. Reporting to the VP of Transformation, the Program Manager will partner with executives to ensure initiatives are launched and deliver results. This isn't a technical PM role. We’re looking for someone with experience in transformation, private equity value creation, or management consulting.

What You'll Do
- Establish the VCP PMO: build and run the governance model.
- Partner with functional leaders to break down strategic levers into specific, funded initiatives.
- Maintain the master tracker, publish executive-level dashboards, and highlight issues.
- Enable data-driven decisions: Use Excel for building value bridges and KPI trees.
- VCP Operationalized: Get the central VCP tracker live.
- Governance & Rhythm: Institutionalize the VCP operating system.
- Benefits Realization: Establish the engine to track actual vs. planned benefits.
You're a strategic problem-solver with a bias for action and are a clear communicator.
Required Qualifications
- 5-10+ years of experience in program management, transformation, or operational strategy.
- Experience in setting up a PMO and delivering results.
- Executive presence and communication skills.
- Analytical fluency: Strong command of Excel.
- Cross-functional expertise.
- High ownership and bias to action.
- Experience in a private equity-backed company.
- Prior experience in a consulting firm's value creation or transformation practice.
