Job Details
Flourish Research is seeking a Remote Project Analyst - AR Specialist for our Revenue Cycle team. The Project Analyst is the primary point of contact for the study Sponsor/Clinical Research Organization (CRO).
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary financial contact for assigned projects
- Review contracts and amendments, identifying financial terms to invoice projects timely and correctly
- Use data analysis to optimize performance and identify potential budget issues
- Perform financial quality control of study visits in the RealTime system
- Ensure all billable items have been invoiced, and maintain support for all billable items
- Compare current revenue to revenue previously recorded to identify any revenue not yet recognized
- Prepare monthly revenue files for Accounting to load into NetSuite
- Issue billing statements to each Sponsor/CRO on a monthly basis
- Coordinate with Cash Application and Collections Specialists as needed
- Complete or assist with end of study/close-out audits
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of professional experience
- Experience working with RealTime is a plus
- Moderate Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables)
- Bachelors Degree
- Demonstrates strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Detail-oriented, organized, and strong communication skills
