Sia is seeking an experienced Change Impact Specialist for an Organizational Change Management (OCM) team supporting a global coatings and manufacturing client undergoing an SAP S/4HANA transformation.
This role is critical for ensuring a smooth transition by driving business readiness, strengthening stakeholder engagement, and fostering adoption of new processes, roles, and technology within the India-based OCM & PMO team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify potential risks and areas needing targeted interventions.
- Develop and execute structured change management plans aligned with communication, stakeholder engagement, and training.
- Support the establishment of change champion networks for smooth adoption.
- Drive business readiness activities, ensuring stakeholders, customers, and third parties are prepared.
- Collaborate with project teams to analyze data readiness and process adoption gaps.
- Develop and implement communication plans, training materials, and engagement strategies to drive adoption.
- Partner with OCM leads and other workstream leaders to ensure consistent stakeholder experience.
- Deliver impact reporting, change metrics, and leadership updates on adoption and readiness progress.
- Identify and mitigate resistance to change by coaching stakeholders and providing support.
- Support the transition to business-as-usual (BAU) teams post-implementation.
Required Experience/Skills:
- 5-8 years’ experience in Organizational Change Management (OCM) within SAP S/4HANA or ERP transformations.
- Led 2-3 full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA programs driving complex change initiatives, ideally within manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of S/4HANA Change Management Methodology (SAP Activate or equivalent).
- Experience in consulting projects preferred.
- Expertise in business readiness activities, stakeholder analysis, training development, and communications.
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Communications, HR, Psychology, or related field); Master’s preferred.
- Ability to drive strategic and systems thinking, ensuring business alignment.
- Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Empathy, active listening, and strong communication skills.
- Proactive problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.
