As a Project Coordinator, you will support the People Operations Knowledge Management Program, ensuring seamless coordination across multiple teams and processes.

Job Responsibilities

1. Triage new work intake to ensure alignment with knowledge management goals and activities.
2. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and scope for content projects across cross-functional teams.
3. Coordinate content reviews, approvals, and risk mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
4. Lead project meetings, including kick-offs, status updates, and retrospectives.
5. Provide regular updates on project status and escalate issues when needed.

Job Skills/Requirements

• 4+ years of project or program management experience in operations, customer service, or learning & development.
• Proven experience in content and knowledge management projects, from concept to launch.
• Strong communication skills with experience using content management systems (CMS) and user editing tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects with evolving responsibilities.
• Proficiency in project management, with the ability to handle ambiguity and adapt as needed.
