THE ROLEInato seeks a seasoned Customer Success Project Manager to deliver exceptional outcomes for enterprise pharmaceutical clients in clinical trials.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage large-scale clinical trial projects, from design to delivery.
- Develop strategic relationships with pharmaceutical clients.
- Lead customer onboarding and ensure platform value maximization.
- Collaborate with internal teams for seamless execution.
- Manage client satisfaction and drive platform usage.
- Act as escalation point for client challenges.
- Partner with sales to design tailored solutions.
- Provide product and marketing feedback.
- Refine project management processes.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 4 years client-facing experience, with 2+ years managing large accounts in biotech/healthcare.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and stakeholder relationships.
- Familiarity with clinical trials or pharmaceutical operations is preferred.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to learn and use digital platforms.
