Contractor Project Manager

Location: Fully-Remote (Work from Home), ideally within PST hours. Hours: Part-time (20/30 hours/weekly)

• Manage Product Lifecycle: Drive product development from concept to launch, maintaining alignment across teams and ensuring deadlines are met.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a bridge between design, engineering, logistics, and brand teams for smooth collaboration and communication.
• Develop Documentation: Create detailed project timelines, process flows, and technical documentation to guide team efforts and ensure clarity.
• B2C Market Focus: Expertise in B2C product development, understanding customer needs, and delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Smart Integration: Collaborate on smart technology integrations, ensuring seamless functionality.
• Handle Logistics: Partner with stakeholders for product import and customs requirements.
• Brand Strategy Collaboration: Work with the branding team to maintain the organization's premium positioning.
• Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates, manage expectations, and maintain alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years in project management within the smart home, hardware, or app development sectors.
• B2C Expertise: Proven track record in B2C products, ideally premium consumer goods.
• Language Skills: Mandarin fluency is mandatory; strong English skills for team presentations and collaboration.
• Independence: Ability to manage projects with minimal supervision, driving progress, and proactively resolving challenges.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication for bridging language and cultural barriers.
• Tools: Familiarity with project management platforms (Asana, Slack, Notion) is a plus.
