Responsibilities:

• Planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and budget.
• Acting as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, clients, and vendor teams, ensuring alignment and smooth communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Leading project teams, providing direction, support, and motivation.
• Responsible for sprint planning including capacity planning, execution, coordination and risk management.
• Identifying potential project risks and developing mitigation strategies and proactively addressing any issues that may arise.
• Documenting and tracking key decisions, issues and risks associated with a project-on project management platform/status reporting.
• Monitoring and resolving issues that arise during project execution to safeguard impact to delivery goals/objectives.
• Following established cadence with stakeholders and reporting project status.
• Managing project changes, ensuring minimal disruption to timelines and budgets.
• Ensuring Change Request documentation and communication is completed following the standardized workflow.
• Communicating and implementing any change requests effectively.
• Consulting the client with industry’s best practices as well as project management and practices.
• Documenting lessons learned and working on continuous improvement of the Project Management practice.
• Following Agile deliverables/ceremonies as outlined.
• Observing RACI roles and responsibilities.
• Other duties as directed by customer.
