The Role: Project Manager/Chief of Staff. Oceans is seeking talented candidates in Sri Lanka to become Project Managers/Chief of Staff.

Requirements:

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex projects, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
• Develop project scopes, objectives, budgets, and schedules, while managing risks and resource allocation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project milestones, including product development, marketing, operations, and finance.
• Implement project management best practices and methodologies to optimize project delivery and performance.
• Monitor project progress, prepare detailed reports, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Act as a strategic partner to the executive team, providing insights, recommendations, and support on key business initiatives.
• Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans, including annual operating plans, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Drive operational excellence by identifying areas for improvement and implementing efficient processes and systems.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
• 6+ years in a project management, business or executive management role.
• Track record of organizing and directing multiple teams and departments.
• Highly experienced with reporting and analytics.
• Professional fluency in English, with excellent communication skills.
• Versatile, able to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
• Experience leading and planning strategic initiatives.
