Contractor Project Manager/Sr. Consultant

We are looking for a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team in the insurance industry based in Hartford, Connecticut. This role offers a long-term contract employment opportunity where you will be responsible for managing projects, utilizing various technical skills, and driving change in our organization.

Responsibilities:
Leading and managing various projects within the organization.
Utilizing Atlassian Jira, Cisco Technologies, and Cloud Technologies to enhance project outcomes.
Implementing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to improve business processes.
Applying Agile Scrum methodology to manage projects effectively.
Managing budget processes to ensure financial efficiency.
Employing change management strategies to help the organization adapt to changes smoothly.
Leveraging 'About Time' and 'AB Testing' techniques to optimize project outcomes.
Ensuring all project activities align with the company's policies and regulations.
Collaborating with various teams and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Identifying and mitigating potential risks to ensure project success.

Requirements
Proficiency in using Atlassian Jira for project management and tracking
Extensive knowledge and experience with Cisco Technologies
Demonstrable experience with Cloud Technologies
Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
Proficiency in ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning systems
Experience with About Time project management software
Knowledge and experience in AB Testing
Demonstrable experience and knowledge in Agile Scrum methodologies
Experience in budget processes and financial planning for projects
Demonstrable experience in Change Management within the insurance industry.
