• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• 3+ years of experience in Project Support and Coordination.
• Proven ability to track schedules and manage training logistics.
• Previous experience supporting field teams.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
• Experience in administrative support and vendor management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Client- and team-facing communication experience.
• Experience supporting maintenance programs for major e-retailers is a plus.
• Must possess a valid U.S. visa.
• Fluency in Spanish is required.
