Full-Time Proposal Writer

• Lead the development of proposals, RFPs, RFIs, and related materials from kickoff to submission
• Translate complex healthcare and tech concepts into clear, compelling narratives for diverse stakeholders
• Partner with subject matter experts (clinical, data, operations) to gather accurate, impactful content
• Ensure proposals meet all compliance, formatting, and submission requirements
• Tailor messaging to align with the goals of health plans, employers, and other key buyers
• Maintain and continuously improve a proposal content library for consistency and efficiency
• Collaborate with design and marketing teams on presentation-ready formatting and visuals
• Stay informed on industry trends, payer expectations, and competitor positioning
• Complete additional research for deals as needed

• 2–5+ years of experience in proposal writing, RFP coordination, or healthcare writing
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills, especially for technical or clinical audiences
• Experience working with or within healthcare tech, digital health, or value-based care organizations
• Excellent organizational and project management skills, with attention to deadlines and details
• Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
• Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, Salesforce, and proposal platforms
