Job Details
- Leads the team responsible for ICSR management.
- Ensures adequate task distribution and oversees the workflow.
- Assures effective cooperation with clients.
- Provides support to project team activities.
- Line Manages assigned ICSR staff.
- Creates and maintains project specific KPIs.
- Proposes process changes to ICSR Operational Lead.
- Manages ICSR deviations with ICSR Operational Lead support.
- Reviews trackers and timesheet data.
- Involved in ICSR processing and 2nd QC of cases.
- Operates as team SME.
Requirements:
- Life science graduate or experience in pharmacovigilance.
- Extensive experience in pharmacovigilance and line management.
- Excellent communication skills in Russian and English.
- Organization, delegation, planning, and time management skills.
