Full-Time PV Officer, Team Lead - Russian language required

• Leads the team responsible for ICSR management.
• Ensures adequate distribution of tasks and oversees the workflow process.
• Assures effective cooperation with clients in ICSR Management.
• Provides support to project team activities.
• Line Manages assigned ICSR staff.
• Creates and maintains project-specific KPIs.
• Proposes process changes to ICSR Operational Lead.
• Manages ICSR deviations with support.
• Reviews trackers and timesheet data.
• Involved in ICSR processing and 2nd QC of cases.
• Operates as the assigned team SME and supports other SMEs.

Requirements:

• Life science graduate or healthcare-related qualification.
• Extensive experience in pharmacovigilance and line management.
• Excellent communication skills in Russian and English.
• Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
• Delegation skills, planning, and time management.
• Technical skills and team working abilities.
