Job Details
PV Officers are independent case processing team members at PrimeVigilance, responsible for managing various case processing services with full accountability.
You'll work with teams ranging from small clinical trials to large post-marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Processing Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) from all sources (post-marketing, clinical trials, devices, combinations) adhering to regulations, procedures, and client-specific requirements/timelines.
- Independent management of Serious Adverse Events (SAEs) / Suspected Unexpected Serious Adverse Reactions (SUSARs) (submissions, unblinding, clinical trial reconciliations).
- Preparing database outputs for periodic reporting (PBRER, DSUR, PADER, etc.).
- Mentoring and training junior employees, including procedure optimization and development.
Qualifications:
- Life science/biomedical background or related healthcare degree (e.g., chemistry, biology, biotechnology, veterinary science).
- Demonstrated case processing experience.
- ARGUS experience preferred.
- Strong time and issue management, delegation, organizational, and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Advanced English skills (at least C1 level).
Experience:
- Demonstrated case processing experience in Pharmacovigilance is essential.
