Job Details
Configure, implement, and support QAD ERP modules to meet business requirements.
Analyze and document business processes to identify areas for system improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, finance, and operations) to ensure ERP solutions align with business goals.
Provide end-user training and support for QAD-related issues.
Develop and maintain technical documentation (process flows and system configurations).
Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with QAD ERP systems.
Strong knowledge of QAD modules (Manufacturing, Distribution, Financials, and Supply Chain).
Proven track record in ERP implementation or upgrade projects.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
