Full-Time Qualitative Moderator (German)

Role Mission: The mission of the Qualitative Moderator is to provide high quality moderation and deliverables on qualitative projects for both Med Planet and sister companies within the M3 group.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conducting market research studies in the fields of pharmaceuticals, OTC, medical technology & diagnostics
• Project management, client briefing, discussion guide/ questionnaire creation
• Execution of individual interviews and group discussions
• Conception, preparation, and presentation of results reports
• Cooperation with an interdisciplinary team

Knowledge, Skill, Ability:

• Extensive professional experience (at least 3 years) in market research, ideally in the medical field
• Experience with a range of market research projects
• Self-motivated individual with exceptional time management, organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent English and German skills, both written and spoken
• Strong Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
• Demonstrates enthusiasm and pride in constantly improving the quality of services
• Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet departmental objectives
