Full-Time Qualitative Project Assistant (French speaking)

Role Mission: The Qualitative Project Assistant coordinates qualitative projects and assists the Project Manager in delivering projects according to client specifications. They are a key player in project execution, coordinating with respondents, vendors, freelancers, and translation agencies, and checking deliverable quality.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Aides in respondent recruitment (local language, panel and free-finding).
• Calls, confirms, and rescreens respondents participating in online screeners.
• Finalizes internal and client recruitment update spreadsheets for Project Managers.
• Manages and controls vendors for assigned qualitative projects, ensuring client expectations are met.
• Checks deliverables from vendors.
• Negotiates vendor and freelancer costs and manages their progress throughout the project.
• Maintains and develops relationships with freelancers and vendors.
• Liaises with clients, on behalf of Project Managers, when needed.

Education and Training Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.

Minimum Experience: Market research experience (ideally medical/healthcare).

Knowledge, Skill, Ability:

• Fluent English and French.
• Self-motivated, with strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, proactive in identifying and resolving potential issues.
• Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Quick learner of new technologies/software.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects accurately and on-time in a fast-paced environment.
