Role Mission: The Qualitative Project Assistant coordinates qualitative projects and assists the Project Manager in ensuring project delivery adheres to client specifications.
The Qualitative Project Assistant is key to project execution, coordinating with respondents, vendors, freelancers, and translation agencies. They check deliverable quality before client handover and ensure respondent, vendor, and delivery management success.
- Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Aids in respondent recruitment (local language, panel/free-finding).
- Calls, confirms, and rescreens respondents who participated in online screeners.
- Finalizes internal and client recruitment update spreadsheets for Project Managers.
- Manages and controls vendors for allocated qualitative projects, ensuring M3 meets/exceeds client expectations.
- Checks deliverables from vendors.
- Negotiates vendor/freelancer costs and manages progress throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintains and develops relationships with freelancers and vendors on behalf of M3 Global Research.
- Liaises with clients on behalf of Project Managers (occasionally).
Education and Training Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Minimum Experience: Market research experience preferred, ideally in medical/healthcare.
Knowledge, Skill, Ability:
- Fluent English and French
- Self-motivated with strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to quickly solve problems and proactively identify/resolve potential issues.
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to meet study and departmental objectives.
- Self-motivated, with ability to prioritize and reprioritize.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).
- Quick learner of new technologies/software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple research projects accurately and on-time in a fast-paced environment.
