About the Role: Driving Quality and Data Integrity
We are seeking a dedicated Quality Analyst and Data Manager to be responsible for managing the quality performance of both administrative and programmatic functions within the division. This role is vital for ensuring compliance, strategic growth, and operational efficiency through rigorous data analysis and quality management.
You will play a key role in enforcing agency policies, developing procedures, and utilizing analytical techniques to assess program effectiveness. The ideal candidate has a passion for data-driven program success and a solution-focused mindset.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Quality & Compliance: Monitor program implementation and adherence to the program contract, budget, quality standards, and Council On Accreditation (COA) standards.
- Data Analysis: Analyze and evaluate data pertaining to special projects and tasks assigned by the Executive Director and Division Director.
- Strategic Planning: Work with the Director to develop quality goals, program strategies, and evaluate outcomes.
- Financial Tracking: Track and monitor program goals and expenses, including monitoring planned versus actual expenditures.
- Training & Communication: Plan, develop, and conduct ongoing training for staff, and develop effective ways to communicate with and engage staff.
- Process Improvement: Review program management information to identify potential or actual delays in the program process and provide solution-focused plans to the management team.
Qualifications
Education and Experience
- Education: Bachelor's Degree required in a Human Service Field (e.g., social work, counseling, psychology, sociology, criminal justice), Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, or a similar degree. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Specialized Experience: (Minimum 1 Year Required): Must include experience in analyzing program plans to determine the impact of financial changes and other pertinent data, formulating plans and internal policies/guidance for implementation of programming, budgeting, and financial management of available resources, and monitoring planned versus actual expenditures.
Skills and Requirements

- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, case management or Electronic Medical Record systems, and expertise utilizing various cloud-based tools.
- Ability to work virtually in a flexible environment with minimum supervision.
- Occasional in-state travel to various program sites is required.
- Successful completion of background checks is required.
