Bydrec is seeking a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to join our team. As a QA Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automated testing solutions to ensure the quality and reliability of our software applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and create effective test plans.
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing automated test scripts using industry-standard tools
- Creating and maintaining test frameworks and infrastructure
- Collaborating with QA engineers and developers to ensure effective test coverage
- Executing automated test scripts and analyzing results
- Identifying and reporting defects in a timely manner
- Contributing to the continuous improvement of the QA process
- Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in QA automation
- Participating in code reviews and providing feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer or similar role
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or C#
- Experience with test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, Cucumber, JUnit)
- Knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices
- Experience with continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment
