Full-Time Quantitative Research Team Lead

• Leadership & Strategy: Lead, mentor, and grow a team; define research priorities; ensure results deliver measurable alpha.
• Research & Innovation: Develop alpha models, statistical arbitrage signals, and systematic trading strategies; explore large-scale datasets.
• Collaboration & Execution: Integrate models into execution pipelines; optimize simulation environments and data feeds.

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of quantitative researchers.
• Define research priorities, align with trading and technology strategy.
• Develop and refine alpha models and systematic trading strategies.
• Partner with engineers to translate research into robust systems.
• Collaborate with infrastructure teams to optimize simulation environments.

• 7+ years in quantitative research / systematic trading, with 2+ years in leadership.
• Advanced degree in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or related field.
• Deep experience with time-series analysis, statistics, and machine learning.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with C++.
• Proven track record of delivering profitable trading strategies.

• Background in high-frequency trading (HFT) or market-making.
• Expertise in market microstructure, execution algorithms, or exchange connectivity.
• Experience managing petabyte-scale datasets.

• €180k base salary + up to 100% performance bonus.
