Full-Time Recruiter (Pharma/Clinical Trials)

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to help us identify, attract, and hire top talent for clinical research.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. This role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team to meet our hiring goals.

1. Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various positions.
2. Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, providing a positive experience throughout the recruitment process.
3. Client Collaboration: Work closely with Milestone One Talent Manager to understand specific needs and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
4. Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct initial interviews and coordinate further rounds with internal teams.
5. Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Experience in full scale recruitment within the pharmaceutical or clinical trials industry is a must.

Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques and tools, including LinkedIn, job boards, and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Must be a fluent English, Portuguese and Spanish

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.

Familiarity with the healthcare industry and especially clinical research and its specific recruitment needs is a huge plus.
