Full-Time Recruitment Analytics Specialist – Power BI

• Collaborate with TA leadership to deliver recruiting metrics, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
• Analyze and communicate data effectively for executive reporting.
• Forecast hiring needs using historical data and proactively build talent pipelines.
• Resolve complex data issues, cleanse data, and create reports and dashboards.
• Monitor data quality and influence data flow design.
• Partner with ITS and Data Engineers to drive the Recruiting data strategy.
• Engage with stakeholders to ensure alignment on TA Analytics initiatives.
• Maintain and document the operational environment.
• Review external market research for best practices and trends.

• At least 3 years of People Data Analytics experience, supporting Talent Acquisition.
• 1-2 years of experience developing Business Intelligence dashboards and reports.
• Track record of stakeholder management and executive influence.
• Skilled in complex, cross-functional organizations.
• Proficient with Power BI, SmartRecruiters & Workday.
• Understanding of relational data modeling (a plus).
• Experience with ETL using Python (a plus).
• Proficient in English.
