Full-Time Regional Data Migration Lead

• Develop and implement data migration strategies for large-scale projects involving Conga CPQ & CLM solutions.
• Lead a team of data migration specialists.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, requirements, and timelines.
• Design and oversee the execution of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Analyse source and target systems to identify data requirements and potential migration challenges.
• Define and configure data models, build migration scripts, and utilize tools for data transformation and loading.
• Implement processes to ensure data is accurately transformed and migrated, maintaining its integrity and quality.
• Conduct thorough data quality assessments and implement data cleansing procedures.
• Plan and conduct data validation tests to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the migrated data.
• Optimize the data migration process for efficiency and automation.
• Manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all migration processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with regional data protection regulations.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align data migration efforts.
• Continuously evaluate and improve data migration processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in data migration projects, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of Conga CPQ & CLM solutions.
• Proficiency in the Salesforce platform.
• Extensive experience with ETL tools such as Informatica, Talend, or AWS Glue.
• Strong analytical skills to profile, cleanse, and transform large datasets.
• Proficiency in SQL, data modeling, and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell).
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• In-depth knowledge of data governance, quality management, and compliance.
• Familiarity with regional data protection regulations, particularly LGPD.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage project tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., CDMP, AWS Certified Data Analytics) are preferred.
