Full-Time Remote IT Systems Administrator

IT Systems Administrator (Remote, night shifts only)

We are seeking an experienced IT Systems Administrator to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Reproduce, analyze, and evaluate IT requests to resolve or escalate incidents.
• Communicate with other departments to resolve issues.
• Monitor SLA compliance for incident resolution and escalate unresolved issues.
• Serve as the 1st and 2nd line of technical support (L3 model).

Working Schedule:

• Night shifts (6 PM-2 AM, 1 AM-9 AM CET)

Requirements:

• 1+ year experience in Office Infrastructure.
• Desktop OS administration and hardware management
• Windows: Client OS support (Windows 10), Windows Server 2012 R2 (AD, GP, Print Services)
• MacOS: Client OS support
• Networking: DNS, DHCP, OSI model, routing & switching principles
• Tools & Technologies: SCCM, Bitdefender, Asana, Confluence, Acronis, AD, CrowdStrike, software/hardware troubleshooting, SQL, Slack, GSuite
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Ability to handle IT-related local office tasks (e.g., preparing workstations)
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Desirable Skills: Intermediate English or higher
