Job Details
- Provide academic support to VN/PN, BSN | MPEN nursing students.
- Conduct individualized coaching sessions focused on content mastery, test-taking strategies, and time management.
- Provide targeted support for at-risk students.
- Conduct proactive tutoring sessions.
- Develop and lead CMS Boot Camps.
- Maintain consistent coaching availability, including one weekend per month.
- Collaborate with faculty and other stakeholders.
- Track and document meetings in PBI licensure dashboard.
- Monitor student progress post coaching session.
- Utilize ATI Student Champion support for additional resources.
- Provide ongoing encouragement and support.
- Provide weekly reports to leadership.
- Manage upcoming CMS schedules.
- Other duties as assigned
