Full-Time Revenue Controls Supervisor

Role Summary: Manage financial risks, implement controls, and ensure accurate accounting processes. Background in financial risk assessment, revenue recognition, and compliance with accounting standards. Support Experian's North America and SLATAM teams.

Main Responsibilities:

• Control Deployment Management: Oversee end-to-end control deployment, including communication, planning, scoping, training, transition, and feedback.
• Executive Partnership: Manage relationships with executives to ensure excellence in service.
• Deliverables Management: Handle quarterly, monthly, and weekly deliverables with accuracy (internal/external audits, peer reviews, management reviews).
• Month-End Support: Assist with month-end activities (journal entries, reconciliations, investigations).
• Financial Analysis and Communication: Conduct ad hoc financial analyses for Directors and above.
• Team Leadership and Development: Lead a team of over 10 people, focusing on development and using lean and RPA methodologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or related field.
• Advanced English level.
• 6+ years of progressive experience in Finance.
• Experience in revenue recognition, reconciliations, financial reporting, journal entries.
• Experience partnering with senior-level partners.
• Project management experience.
• Familiarity with IFRS15 and SOX Controls deployment (ideal).
• Knowledge of Lean training and RPA knowledge.
