We're looking for an Operations Manager with extensive experience in system integrations and workflow optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and optimization of integrations between HubSpot, Zapier, Stripe, and other platforms.
• Design and maintain workflows to automate tasks and improve team efficiency.
• Identify and address operational bottlenecks by implementing scalable solutions.
• Develop and manage dashboards to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align systems and processes with business goals.

Requirements:

• 5+ years experience in operations, process optimization, or similar.
• Extensive knowledge of integration tools like HubSpot, Zapier, and Stripe.
• Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and maintain scalable workflows.
• Strong technical aptitude, API integrations, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent analytical and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Pluses:

• Experience managing integrations across multiple platforms.
• Familiarity with project management tools.
• Advanced reporting experience using tools like Tableau or Google Data Studio.
• Prior experience in a SaaS environment or with small business clients.
• Data engineering or technical background.
