We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Operations Specialist to enhance technology, automate processes, and improve reporting, empowering our Customer Experience (CX) team.
As our first dedicated Revenue Operations hire, you'll build scalable processes, drive change, and directly impact revenue growth by aligning sales, marketing, and operations.
This role is ideal for curious, proactive problem-solvers who leverage data to drive decisions, eliminate inefficiencies, and collaborate cross-functionally.
Responsibilities include:
- Customer Support: Support CX team with onboarding, internal QBRs, call reviews to boost retention and engagement; support key operating cadences (e.g., OKRs) to align with business goals; own contract processes and data entry for Sales and CX; track renewals and support customer retention.
- Accounts Receivable Management: Collaborate with CX and Accounting for on-time payments and accurate revenue tracking; process payments.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement workflow improvements that automate tasks; track and analyze key performance metrics for the CX team.
- Data Integration + Analysis: Ensure customer data quality in HubSpot to enable segmentation and outreach; conduct in-depth data analyses to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities; provide regular performance reports; ensure contract and financial data is synced for accuracy.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Sales, CX, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to drive strategic initiatives and resolve challenges; ensure alignment on processes, metrics, and goals.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or related role at a high-growth company or startup.
- Strong analytical skills, experience in structuring, automation, and efficiency.
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets experience.
- Experience managing and optimizing HubSpot (CRM) is required.
- Familiarity with Looker Studio and Metabase is a plus.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate complex analysis for broader audiences.
- Deep understanding of B2B SaaS, sales-led motions, pipeline management, and forecasting.
