Full-Time RN Supervisor, Clinical Operations

Responsibilities of the RN Supervisor, Clinical Operations:

• Supervise a team of virtual RNs (registered nurses), providing guidance, support, and ongoing training
• Oversee the creation of care plans, progress notes, orders, and other clinical chart review items for nursing homes
• Develop and implement reporting and tracking mechanisms to monitor the RNs (registered nurses) work
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including HIPAA
• Provide clinical expertise and guidance to nursing staff as needed
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff

Qualifications of the RN Supervisor, Clinical Operations:

• Must have current New York RN license
• Must have excellent computer skills
• Must be able to provide clinical expertise and guidance to nursing staff as needed
• Must have previous supervisory experience in long-term care/skilled nursing
• Must have knowledge of compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines, including HIPAA
• Must be able to conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to nursing staff
• Must be able to work remotely
