Full-Time Robotics Controls Engineer

• Works out project concepts in detail after the Kick-off.
• Writes functional descriptions & user manuals.
• Creates and checks electrical diagrams with a draughtsman.
• Makes layouts for electrical component placement & creates the BOM.
• Ensures timely ordering and arrival of components.
• Provides input to purchasing by comparing prices and technical solutions.
• Checks electrical connections at the site (I/O test).
• Attends technical meetings and site inspections.
• Assists internal stakeholders on technical issues.
• Acts as an Ambassador of the company towards stakeholders.
• Sources external vendors according to project budget.
• Responsible for onsite realization, cost, budget, and compliance with local laws.
• Supervises software tests and proposes solutions.
• Creates test procedures.
• Gives practical training at the customer site.
• Provides standby assistance and resolves aftercare issues.

• Master's degree with an electrical specialization.
• 1-3 years' experience with CAD software.
• Creative and technical ability.
• Proactive mindset.
• Flexible, positive, and open-minded.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Enthusiastic about working in an international environment.
• Able and eager to learn.
• Driven and enthusiastic team player.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Located in Belgium and willing to travel.
