What will your day as a Robotics Service Engineer look like?
Challenge is assured! You will perform necessary tests, repairs, and maintenance of technical installations at customer sites (national and/or international).
As part of the helpdesk team, you will provide telephone support to end users and integrators in a limited 24/7 rotating schedule.
You are responsible for PLC software (Beckhoff) configuration and live testing. Affinity with software is recommended.
Training of end users and integrators, at customer site and at the company.
Assist the Commissioning team during installations.
Detection of commercial Service opportunities at current clients.
Travelling across the US will be part of the schedule, with a few overnights a week.
Who are we looking for?
- Bachelor's degree in electromechanics or equivalent through experience
- Projects abroad do not scare you off
- Good knowledge of English. French or Dutch is a plus
- Computer skills: MS Office + Teams
- Sociable, eager to learn, driven, and cheerful
- Not afraid of heights
