Full-Time SAP Consultant FI/CO

Role Overview: Ensure smooth SAP operations and continuous development of SAP processes (ECC & S/4HANA). Support system enhancements, process improvements, and small-scale rollouts.

Responsibilities:

• Operations support via incident/service request resolution.
• Implementation & configuration of SAP FI/CO solutions per business needs.
• Collaborate with business users & IT experts for requirement gathering & translation to SAP solutions.
• Ensure seamless SAP FICO integration with other SAP/non-SAP systems.
• Provide support to key users & proper documentation of processes.
• Identify, troubleshoot, & resolve SAP FI/CO issues promptly.
• Contribute to improved service quality via ideas & implementation.
• Support SAP upgrade projects & process automation initiatives.

Requirements:

• Education: Higher Degree/University Degree in Business Administration, Informatics, or related field.
• Experience: 1-2 years hands-on experience in SAP FI/CO implementation.
• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of SAP FI (General Ledger, AP, AR, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Center, Internal Orders, Profit Center Accounting). Experience with financial closing & reporting.
• S/4HANA: Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA (preferred but not mandatory).
• Troubleshooting: Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic debugging (ABAP knowledge a plus but not required).
• Integration: Understanding of key SAP FICO integration points.
• Analytical & Communication: Strong analytical skills to assess business needs & propose SAP solutions. Effective communication skills for business users & IT teams.
• English: Very good written & spoken English.
• Travel: Moderate travel.
