What will you do?
- Implementation and support of SAP modules to enhance clients’ business functionality and performance, maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Design, configuration, and testing in various SAP Modules
- Analyze current business processes, recommending/developing solutions to meet client needs.
- Carry out complex assignments requiring new or improved procedures.
- Develop and evaluate plans for others, providing direction and leadership.
- Provide detailed knowledge of industry best practices.
- Act as a liaison with clients, troubleshooting software problems and mapping requirements, processes, and objectives.
- Develop product modifications to satisfy client needs.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of the organization and organizational standards.
- Analyze customer demand for SAP application customization, proposing solutions and realization.
- Consult with ABAP developers or solution designers, proposing implementation designs for new SAP application components.
- Find and fix application issues/errors.
- Document system changes and new component designs for future reference.
- Test newly added functionalities to avoid errors on the productive system.
You will succeed if you:
- Have a Master’s degree
- Have minimum 3 years experience in ICT Application Operation & Management
- Have advance knowledge in SAP R3 software and ABAP debugging
- Have a great general IT overview and DTAG portfolio knowledge
- Speak English at least on B2 level and German on level minimum B2
