Are you interested in HR automation?
We are looking for an SAP HCM Consultant to join our HR Digitization program at Bosch, implementing IT solutions for HR automation. You will be part of a global development team optimizing Bosch's existing HCM IT landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Project Accountability: Oversee the full lifecycle of IT projects, services, and products for HR, ensuring seamless integration with SAP HCM and other HR systems.
- Project Planning and IT Costs: Develop and maintain project plans, monitor IT costs, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Strategic Development for SAP HCM: Identify and drive strategic initiatives to enhance SAP HCM capabilities, act as the primary contact for new SAP HCM localizations and carve-outs, and conduct feasibility studies. Provide consulting services to project teams.
- Collaboration with Regional Solutions Teams: Align IT initiatives with local HR needs and regulatory requirements, and foster knowledge sharing across regions.
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Economics, or a comparable field, or equivalent professional education with SAP HCM expertise.
Experience: Proven experience in project management within SAP HCM modules, including PA, OM, PY, PT, ESS/MSS, and role management. Over 5 years of professional experience in software development and implementation.
Knowledge: Extensive knowledge of SAP HCM and software development processes.
Languages: Fluent in English and Portuguese. Knowledge of German is a plus.
