Job Details
We are rolling out SAP S/4HANA in North America, focusing on distribution centers. This position leads the Make to Stock (M2S) stream for a successful deployment.
- Translate business requirements into IT requests, aligning with Bosch standards.
- Collaborate with Business Departments and service providers.
- Lead the roll-out of the S/4 HANA template.
- Define and monitor customizing and migration activities.
- Organize fit/gap workshops.
- Plan and execute Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing.
- Deliver training sessions and documentation.
- Provide support to Production Areas and ensure issue resolution.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to M2S processes.
Minimum Requirements:
- 7–12 years of experience with SAP PP and S/4 HANA, specifically in M2S processes.
- Deep knowledge of ATP, MRP, Demand Planning, and Plan-to-Confirm.
- Experience with SAP ERP/R3 and S/4 HANA, including technical understanding.
- Strong project management capabilities in SAP project implementations.
- Experience with training delivery and testing execution.
- Domain experience of 2 to 3 years in relevant industries.
- Ability to translate business needs into SAP solutions.
