Full-Time SAP S/4HANA FINANCE CONSULTANT

Fusion Consulting is seeking an SAP Finance Consultant to work on a project within the pharmaceutical industry.

In this role, you will support clients in optimizing their financial processes using SAP solutions, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and integration with other business processes.

You will collaborate with senior consultants and project managers to deliver customized SAP FI solutions.

1. Participate in the design, configuration, and deployment of SAP FI solutions, supporting General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Asset Accounting (AA) within a pharmaceutical environment.
2. Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements specific to the pharmaceutical industry and translating them into SAP FI functional specifications.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration of FI with other SAP modules, such as CO, MM, and SD.
4. Conduct unit testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the solution meets the business and regulatory needs of pharmaceutical clients.
5. Provide end-user training and documentation to support the adoption of SAP solutions in a regulated industry.
6. Support post-implementation activities, troubleshooting issues, and providing functional expertise.
7. Stay current on SAP updates and recommend process improvements specific to pharmaceutical operations.

Requirements:

• 4-5 years of experience as an SAP FI Consultant, with hands-on experience in full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Strong understanding of SAP FI modules (GL, AP, AR, AA).
• Basic knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (CO, MM, SD).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Good communication skills and a collaborative working style.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
