Full-Time SAP S/4HANA IS-U Consultant

Job Summary: Our client is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA IS-U Consultant with hands-on implementation experience in Customer Engagement (CE), SV2, and C4C. This role focuses on critical processes like Service Orders, Customer Moves, Financials, and integration with 3rd party applications using SAP Integration Suite. Expertise in data migration is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the implementation of SAP S/4HANA IS-U modules focused on Customer Engagement (SV2/C4C).
• Design and configure processes related to:
  • Service Orders
  • Customer Moves
  • Customer Financials
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to define integration points with third-party applications using SAP Integration Suite.
• Plan and execute data migration activities ensuring data integrity and completeness.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in existing configurations and integrations.
• Provide training and documentation to end users and support teams.
• Participate in system testing, user acceptance testing, and go-live support.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA IS-U, particularly in Customer Engagement (CE), SV2, and C4C modules.
• Proven track record with Service Orders, Moves, and Customer Financials processes.
• Experience integrating SAP with third-party systems using SAP Integration Suite.
• Solid understanding and execution experience of data migration in SAP environments.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience with utilities industry projects.
• SAP certifications in S/4HANA or IS-U modules.
• Exposure to Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
