Full-Time SAP Security & Authorization Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP Security & Authorization Consultant to join our team for a life sciences digital transformation project.

This role involves ensuring secure and compliant access management across SAP systems while aligning with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Design, implement, and manage SAP security roles and authorizations across SAP landscapes (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori, etc.).
• Perform user administration, access provisioning, and segregation of duties (SoD) analysis to maintain a secure and compliant environment.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to define security requirements and resolve access-related issues.
• Conduct periodic access reviews and audit compliance checks in alignment with GxP, SOX, and other regulatory standards.
• Support SAP security incident management, troubleshooting, and resolution of authorization-related issues.
• Implement and maintain security policies, procedures, and best practices to mitigate risks.
• Provide guidance on SAP security controls during system upgrades, implementations, and role redesign projects.
• Work closely with SAP Basis and Functional teams to optimize security configurations.

Requirements:

• 3-6 years of experience in SAP Security and Authorization.
• Strong understanding of SAP security concepts, including role-based access control (RBAC) and profile generation.
• Experience with SAP GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) for access controls and risk analysis.
• Hands-on experience with SAP systems such as S/4HANA, ECC, BW, Fiori, GRC Access Control.
• Knowledge of audit and compliance frameworks (e.g., SOX, GDPR, GxP).
• Ability to analyze and remediate Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
