Full-Time SAP Service Process Expert

SAP Service Process Expert opportunity in Business Digital Organisation.

Responsibilities:

• Conception and implementation of new service process requirements (customer service, field service, scheduling) and associated IT solutions (focus on CRM, ERP, CTI).
• Translate customer requirements into technical specifications for IT system implementation.
• Define processes, design solutions based on customer needs, and support global sales and service organizations.
• Work in a cross-functional, international team (occasional business trips ~20%).

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• University degree in business administration, process management, informatics, or comparable.
• In-depth application knowledge of SAP CRM, SAP CS, or S/4HANA Service (customer service/field service/scheduling modules).
• Additional knowledge of sales and marketing modules is beneficial.
• Extensive experience with project management methods (PEP and Agile) and SAP rollout projects.
• Experience translating customer requirements into technical specifications.
• Strong team player, flexible, and comfortable with new challenges.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer orientation.
• Proactive problem-solving skills.
• Enthusiasm for IT, innovation, and international mobility.
