Full-Time Security Manager

• Development and implementation of efficient and secure procedures for data processing and analysis.
• Security measures for monitoring and protecting against cyber attacks/infiltration of online applications.
• Security technical support for the introduction and use of data systems.

Responsibilities:

• Devising Group-wide strategies in the subject field of security and data protection.
• Assuming responsibility for the development, adjustment, and monitoring of security policies and procedures.
• Improving and implementing management systems and methods.
• Planning and carrying out reviews or joint reviews in the security environment.
• Assuming responsibility for detecting and validating security risks and devising solutions.
• Steering process optimization for high-level subject fields in the security environment.
• Carrying out in-house training on the subject of IT security.
• Advising top management on data and information security.
• Managing strategic projects.

Requirements:

• Experience in IT Service Management.
• Experience with the operation of large enterprise IT systems.
• Knowledge of IT security best practices.
• Worked in a corporate environment compliant with GDPR and ISO 27001.
• Proficiency in English and/or German.
• Strong communication skills.
