Job Description
Reporting to Associate Director, Network Strategy & Analytics, the Sr. Analyst, Provider Network Strategy will own predictive modeling, strategic planning, and process improvement to ensure our provider network is positioned for long-term success.
- Network Growth Strategy & Modeling: Develop predictive models to forecast network expansion, ensuring alignment with the evolving needs of both existing and prospective customers. Design analytical models to highlight high-priority areas for network optimization.
- Provider Benchmarking: Analyze provider performance across the network to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Design incentive programs to optimize provider costs and enhance engagement with top-performing providers. Track and report key metrics related to provider utilization, patient access, and satisfaction.
- Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery within Provider Operations. Partner with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, reduce inefficiencies, and improve provider utilization.
- Analytics & Reporting: Utilize data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, Looker) to generate actionable insights from large datasets. Communicate complex data findings clearly, providing strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

- Decrease time to first appointment, both for providers and members
What we expect from you:
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in consulting, investment banking, FP&A or strategy & operations.
- Experience in growth modeling / forecasting.
- Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Knowledge of mental healthcare systems and provider operations is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., SQL, Python, Hex, Looker) is a plus.
