Full-Time Senior Analyst- Research

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all phases of research design, including consulting with business partners to articulate research objectives.
• Providing recommendations for appropriate research method, vendor selection (where applicable), design of data analysis plan, report writing, and presentation of findings to stakeholders.
• Identifies and communicates themes from survey comments to leadership.
• Develops and maintains library of marketing surveys and research studies.
• Develops evaluation methodologies and plans for new programs and other innovation initiatives.
• Manages research studies, including NPS, student satisfaction, and brand tracking studies.
• Ensures research efforts remain within approved research budget, timeline, and objectives.
• Independently leads research method recommendation directs analysis of research findings and presents findings to audiences spanning junior to executive level.
• Supports development of competitive intelligence function for the institution, including identification of key competitors and key topics.
• Completes other duties as assigned.
