Full-Time Senior Analytics Engineer GTM

• Design and build core data models to improve analysis efficiency.
• Create intuitive, visual dashboards with a focus on high business impact and self-serve solutions.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver attuned solutions.
• Identify root questions to solve for and unearth insights that will inform key business decisions.

• 5+ years of experience as an analytics engineer, data engineer, or data scientist.
• GTM domain expertise.
• Expert SQL skills.
• Experience with marketing and sales data structures and platforms like Salesforce, Google Ads, Reddit, Facebook, etc.
• Familiarity with data warehouse platforms like Snowflake, data transformation tools like DBT, and customer data platforms like Segment.
• Experience in data modeling and analytics engineering best practices.
• Experience creating high-impact dashboards and visualizations using BI tools.
• Strong sense of ownership and excited to lead projects.
• Interested in learning about crypto and investments.

• Compensation: $170,000-$190,000 salary
