Full-Time Senior Analytics Engineer (Remote)

• Business Partnership: Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and solve complex problems with data-driven solutions.
• End-to-End Data Ownership: Design, develop, and optimize scalable data solutions using SQL, Python, dbt, PowerBI and Databricks.
• Power BI Platform Ownership: Take full ownership of our Power BI platform, including governance and end-user enablement.
• Data Transformation & Modeling: Provide clean, transformed data using modern ELT/ETL pipelines, with strong experience in DAX and data modeling best practices.
• Strategic Enablement: Deliver actionable business insights via advanced Power BI dashboards and ad hoc analyses.
• Process Improvement: Drive improvements in efficiency and quality across analytics workflows.
• Team Development: Mentor and coach junior analysts and engineers.
• Enablement & Training: Train and empower business users to self-serve analytics solutions.

• 5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or BI roles, with advanced proficiency in SQL, Python, and DAX.
• Proven experience designing and implementing scalable analytics solutions in Databricks, dbt, and Power BI.
• Deep understanding of modern data warehousing concepts.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor others.
• Highly curious, results-oriented, and proactive.
