ProArch is looking for a skilled Senior Automation Engineer to lead our automation testing initiatives. This role involves designing and implementing test automation frameworks, as well as mentoring junior team members. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in software testing and a solid understanding of automation tools and methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for various applications.
- Create and implement test automation frameworks to enhance efficiency and coverage.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and ensure test requirements are met.
- Mentor and train junior team members in automation best practices and tools.
- Review and analyze test results, provide insights, and drive continuous improvements.
- Integrate automated test scripts into CI/CD pipelines to ensure seamless deployment.
- Participate in requirements reviews and offer input on test ability and functional scenarios.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Engineering
- Experience in C# Programming
- Strong hands-on experience in MSTest
- Code Review(PR) of Test Scripts.
- Experience in developing Automation Test Plan, Strategy..
- Awareness of test case management tools e.g., JIRA/TFS
- Knowledge on CI-CD and experience in integrating test scripts to DevOps.
- Experience working in In-Sprint automation teams within the Agile landscape
- Knowledge on Source Code repository tools e.g., SVN, Git
- Adherent to Agile methodologies and driving the team to practice the same.
- Experience working in build management tools e.g. Ant, Maven, Gradle etc, (Good to have at least one)
- Experience writing test scripts, executing test cases, and debugging the failures.
