Full-Time Senior Azure Infrastructure Specialist

At Enavate, we empower businesses with innovative cloud and IT solutions. We're looking for an Infrastructure Operations Specialist to ensure seamless client environment operation. This role is crucial in maintaining stability, efficiency, and reliability while improving operational processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Oversee and implement operational change orders (excluding onboarding projects), ensuring minimal service disruption.
2. Develop, refine, and maintain operational processes to enhance efficiency and service quality.
3. Maintain and track client-level attributes within the ITSM tool.
4. Define and monitor KPIs and SLAs, ensuring high-quality service delivery.
5. Manage and distribute the on-call service delivery schedule for support teams.
6. Oversee client satisfaction surveys, ensuring valuable feedback is collected and acted upon.
7. Ensure proper ticket etiquette, maintaining professionalism and accuracy in client interactions.
8. Serve as a Vendor Liaison, managing communication for service-related operational issues and maintaining an effective call tree.
9. Manage client subscription budgets, track consumption, and communicate variances to stakeholders.
10. Calculate and process service disruption credits, ensuring timely and transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
11. Review and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly operational dashboards to identify trends and areas for improvement.
12. Conduct and oversee Knowledge Base (KB) update meetings to maintain accurate documentation.
13. Create and manage bulk client communications for service disruptions, maintenance, and infrastructure changes.
