Full-Time Senior BI Developer

You will be:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining analytics tools, ensuring best practices.
• Optimizing query performance and collaborating with data engineers to ensure efficient data structuring and ingestion.
• Building and optimizing dashboards in Tableau, ensuring seamless integration with data sources.
• Developing interactive, self-serve reporting solutions to empower business users, ensuring consistency in branding.
• Working closely with stakeholders to translate reporting needs into scalable solutions.
• Mentoring a junior data visualization engineer.
• Understanding requirements and translating them to technical requirements.
• Creating documentation and training materials to drive PowerBI and Tableau adoption.

Your profile:

• 5+ years of experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or a similar role.
• Proven experience with Tableau.
• Strong, hands-on SQL experience.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Passion for best practices in enterprise analytics.
• Very good command of English (min. C1).
• Work from the European Union region and a work permit are required.
• Candidates must have an active VAT status in the EU VIES registry.

Nice to have: proficiency with GCP services.
